Born on July 19, 1945, in DeKalb, Illinois, to Stoddard and Charlotte Allen, Kathy's life was filled with love and dedication. She married the love of her life David Foster on June 24, 1972, their love story continued until his passing in 1996. Kathy was a proud mother to three sons: Matthew (Jamie) Foster of Wenatchee, WA, Jason (Rhiannon) Foster, and Michael (Jessica) Foster, both of Sycamore, IL. Kathy was blessed with seven grandchildren: Kyleigh Blanchard, Evan, Kylee, Liam, Henry, Nolan, and Brynn Foster, and found great joy in sharing their accomplishments with family and friends.
